This privacy policy serves to establish our commitment to Customer privacy and security, as well as explain the poicies and procedures Better Software Solutions adheres to regarding the collection and use of Customer data on the website ("Website").

In undertaking this commitment, Better Software Solutions will do everything it can to ensure that the integrity of its Customer's privacy is upheld.

Better Software Solutions uses various methods of data collection for registration and support purposes. These methods include voluntary collection methods, such as through online registration forms, online and offline Customer communications, and sales transactions, as well as automated collection systems such as communication protocols and cookies.

Personally Identifiable Information is collected voluntarily through the use of forms, such as registration forms. This information may include, but is not limited to: name, title, address, phone numbers, email address as well as other information. Automated collection methods, such as through cookies, log files, and database tracking, are used to collect information about the use of the Website and Customer preferences.

Better Software Solutions uses common automated data collection systems, such as cookies and log files. There are two types of cookies (data files stored on the Customer's computer) used by Better Software Solutions: Persistent cookies and Session cookies. These cookies serve to uniquely identify the Customer, as well as store session and user-specific settings in or between sessions. Cookies may contain Personally Identifiable Information. The cookies are necessary for the correct operation of the site and therefore the Customer cannot opt-out from using them.

Use of Information

Better Software Solutions uses collected data for various purposes. These purposes include, but are not limited to: registering Customers, processing financial transactions, website analytics, and promotional purposes. Additionally, Customer's provide data about themselves and their affiliations, such as name, address, and phone number. Better Software Solutions does not share this data with third parties.

Aggregate, anonymous data collected may be used by Better Software Solutions in discussion and/or correspondence with investors and partners and/or potential investors and partners. This data does not contain Personally Identifiable Information and is statistical in nature. If ownership is changed, data collected by Better Software Solutions may be transferred to the new owner(s).

Release of Information

Better Software Solutions may disclose information about our users if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process.

Because Better Software Solutions considers the security of Customer's data vital, Better Software Solutions employs industry-standard secuirty measures, such as HTTPS, SSL, and encryption of sensitive data to proctect Customer data from unauthorized access. Particularly sensitive data, such as credit card numbers collected for payment processing are not stored in our database, and are only transmitted to our third party credit card processor using SSL encryption.

While Better Software Solutions takes the utmost care in safeguarding its Customer's data, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee that the loss, misuse, or alteration of this data will not occur. In the event of such an occurrence Better Software Solutions will notify the affected Customer(s) by email, or U.S. mail. Notification will be provided promptly, unless such notification stands to impede a criminal investigation.

Customer Responsibility

It is the Customer's responsibility to safeguard their login information (usernames and passwords), or any other information necessary to access the Website, such as answers to security questions. If the Customer suspects their login information may have been compromised it is their responsibility to change their password and/or security question(s).

It should be noted that there is malware, such as key-loggers, that can intercept login information from computers used to access the Website. Caution should be taken when accessing the Website from public computers.
