How do I change my password?
A web page is displaying a strange error message. What can I do?

How do I change my password?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Your Login ID will appear adjacent to the login link. Click on your Login ID
  3. On the Manage Account page, enter your new password.

A web page is displaying a strange error message. What can I do?

If you were able to browse the page in the past but now it is displaying a strange error message, try deleting your temporary files and cookies.

Go to the Tools menu, then select Internet Options. In the Browsing History section, click on the Delete button, the click the Delete buttons for:

When I log in Internet Explorer displays the message "This page contains both secure and nonsecure items", is there a way to keep this message from coming up?

To prevent this message from coming up each time you log in, do the following. The procedure may be slightly different in other versions of Internet Explorer.

In Internet Explorer 7

  1. Go to the Tools menu, then select Internet Options.
     
  2. Click on the Security tab, then click the Custom Level button near the bottom of the page.
  3. From the Security Settings window, scroll down to the 'Display mixed content' item and select Enable.
  4. Click the OK button.
